Winners

After releasing her debut album 2022, Mia teamed up with songwriter and producer Mikhael Paskalev in late 2022. They started working towards her next musical project. While the album had themes connected to nostalgic memories, childhood and the paste, this EP focuses more on the present. After a turbulent year, Mia made a 5 piece EP with songs about heartache, grief and feelings connected to losing direction.

Sleepwalkers at noon

Sleepwalkers at noon was Mia Bergs first album and released 25th October 2022. The album was made in the pandemic between the years of 2020-2022. It also marked a significant change for Mia´s way for writing and the musical lanscape. Leaning into a more minimalistic sound, acoustic instrumentation and intimate lyrics. Mia also tells how musicians and artists like Phoebe Bridgers, Ethan Gruska, Christian Lee Hutson and Adrianne Lenker inspired her to write in a different way, and how storytelling became a big part of the music.
